Problems with fit, leaking, repelling or detergent residues are not covered by our warranty and will not be replaced.

Diapers are typically washed every couple of days. Like any frequently washed item they will eventually wear out. While we make our diapers as durable as possible, we cannot guarantee that they will last through more than one child. It is likely that they will last through multiple children if washing instructions are followed and diapers are used in a good sized rotation.

It is important that diapers are well rinsed and do not have an ammonia smell after the baby wets this is caused by detergent not being rinsed out.  This may cause elastic to wear out faster, not to mention the possible cause of rashes on your baby.

If you believe your diaper/diapers have a defect and they are still under warranty, please contact us.  All warranty requests must have a proof of purchase receipt. Defective diapers will be replaced or repaired at our discretion.

Tip:
When storing diapers make sure they are clean and dry and free from left over detergent. If diapers are stored with detergent residues there is a good chance that the elastics will be dried out by the time they are removed from storage.

Defective products will be exchanged free of charge and we guarantee our products for 45 days from shipping date for any sewing defects. Before returning any items the customer must contact us, and provide an invoice or receipt displaying the purchase date. However, please be aware, that we cannot offer refunds for products that are returned due to improper care or natural wear. Changes in size and minor holes (typically from normal washing, bleaching or the like) do not constitute a defect. Additionally, please be aware that due to the nature of the hemp fabric slight irregularities in size and shape, especially after products have been washed, do occur - this is completely normal.

BabyKicks number one priority is customer satisfaction. We will therefore try to do our utmost, within reason, to resolve any issue that may arise in regards to product quality and workmanship.

Blueberry Returning/Exchanging Incorrect or Defective Merchandise

Our self-service return process is designed to make it as easy as possible for you to return merchandise back to us. Please follow the instructions below if you have a warranty claim for defective merchandise: 

Step 1: Request for a Return Authorization # (RA#) by filling out the RA# Request form. You will receive your RA# within 24 hrs when request is sent during our business hours (M-F 8-4 pm EST).  While waiting for your RA#, you can proceed to Step 2.

This does not apply for defective merchandise purchased over 90 days.

Step 2: Download, print and fill out the Return Form completely.

Step 3: For defective merchandise, attach a copy of your proof of purchase if items was bough from an authorized retailer (receipt or emailed order confirmation)

Step 4: Pack up the items securely with the Return Form and proof of purchase (if applicable) enclosed.  Make sure you have your RA# on the form to facilitate processing.  If you don't have an RA#, please  request for your RA# before sending your package out.

Step 5: Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package, and drop off at your nearest post office, USPS mail collection box, or hand to your mail carrier. For defective merchandise purchased over 90 days, please ship the package using a prepaid, insured, traceable method (e.g. FedEx, UPS) to the address on the Return Form. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. 

You will be sent the replacement items as soon as we receive your returned package. 
Bottombumpers  Important Warranty Information:

Diapers are returnable for refunds or exchanges within 90 days for the following reasons ONLY: 

  • Defective Snaps
  • Defective Elastic
  • Sewing or Quality Issues 

If you wish to return a Bottombumpers™ diaper for a repair or exchange you must do the following: 

  1. Contact us to make sure your return qualifies if you are unsure.  We will review your request and send a response within 2 business days. Otherwise just follow these steps to return a diaper. 
  2. Fill out the return authorization form and return with the product(s).
    • All warranty requests must have a proof of purchase receipt.
  3. After submitting the form, send your product(s) for exchange or repair to the address below.
  4. Please mail shell of diaper WITHOUT soaker if the soaker is not in need of repair or replacing.  This saves shipping :)

Bum Cheeks stands behind the workmanship and quality of all properly cared for products for 6 months from the date of purchase.
Our product guarantee covers all snap, elastic and fabric components of our nappies. 


Should you find any fault with your Bum Cheeks products, please Let us know immediately.

You will be required to write a detailed letter so that we can better understand the problem you are experiencing, and this letter is to be completed and sent back to us with the items of concern.
Postage is covered by us on any faulty items.
We will repair or replace any FAULTY goods up to 6 months from the date of purchase.
This guarantee is valid for the ORIGINAL purchaser only, and proof of purchase will be required, so be sure to hang on to your receipt for any warranty claims. 

Please be aware that should any items be sent back to us and they are deemed
not to be faulty, you will be responsible for all postage costs associated with the products being delivered to and from our facility.

The Bum Cheeks product guarantee does NOT cover:

  • leaking (except as related to a manufacturing defect)
  • mis-care (care instructions provided with each purchase are to be followed precisely, or warranty is void)
  • wear and tear (pilling, loss of fluff over time, gradual slackening of elastic over time, thinning of fabric over time etc.)

The Cotton Babies Warranty covers all components of our products including the snaps, lining, hook & loop closures, elastic and waterproofing. The warranty is extended to the original purchaser of the products only. Proof of purchase from an authorized retailer is required.

To make a warranty claim, product must be sent at customer's expense to their distributor for examination of workmanship and materials. After reviewing your diapers, we may replace the diaper or provide you with simple instructions for resolving the problem you are having.

Except when caused by manufacturing or component defect, this guarantee does not cover leaking, diaper odor or normal wear/tear. Warranty is void when:

  • The washing instructions have not been followed.
  • The diaper has been altered.
  • Any of the following has been used in conjunction with the use/care of the product:
    • Water temperatures exceeding 100F or 40C
    • A detergent containing additives (enzymes, brighteners, whiteners, dyes, perfumes, essential oils) or natural soap
    • Fabric softeners
    • Any caustic substance
    • Diaper rash cream
  • Product was purchased through an unauthorized retailer. Please verify your retailer prior to purchase.

Warranty and Returns

Bumkins products are warrantied against any defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. Normal wear and tear is not covered. Please keep your receipt or record of purchase for our reference. Warranty issues or claims cannot be processed without proof of purchase from an authorized Bumkins reseller.

Damaged or Defective Items

Bumkins strives to provide the highest quality products to our customers. If one of our products arrives defective or damaged we request that you contact our Customer Service Department immediately and within 30 days of receipt of product. All defective or damaged product returns are subject to inspection. Please do not discard defective items. Defective items must be shipped back to Bumkins headquarters for review. We request that you return the items to us for analysis to prevent future problems. Product credit will be issued to offset shipping costs upon determination of a product as defective. All refunds or exchanges for defective or damaged products are based off of our Customer Service Department’s discretion and must follow the procedures outlined above. Please reference our warranty in determining whether your product problem falls under the umbrella of defective or damaged.

 Bummis

We guarantee that our polyester products will be waterproof for 100 washes and our nylon products for 50 washes. This guarantee applies to the waterproof fabric only, and will only be honoured if:

  • The product has been washed according to instructions

  • The product is part of a rotation of products and has undergone reasonable use

We guarantee that our products will be free of defects in workmanship after reasonable use as part of a rotation of diapering products. We will not replace products after 6 months or without a proper proof of purchase from one of our retailers.

Please note that our warranty does not apply to products that are not functioning properly because of a build-up of detergent residue, although we will do our utmost to co-operate with our clients in the resolution of this problem.

All products distributed by Bummis but not manufactured by Bummis are covered by their manufacturer's warranty.

GroVia is proud to provide the best quality products and craftsmanship in the diapering market. We do understand that there will be instances of workmanship that may not be satisfactory to our customers. When GroVia products have been properly cared for, we will warranty them for up to one year from the date of purchase. The GroVia Guarantee includes: the snaps, lining, elastic and waterproofing.

The GroVia Guarantee is extended to the original owner ONLY and you MUST provide proof of purchase. You must have followed our washing and care instructions. The warranty will be void if you have done any of the following:

  • Washed your GroVia Shells in hot water with temperatures over 130F or 54.4C. (In general hot water is 130 degrees Fahrenheit (54.4 Celsius) or above. Warm water is between 110 and 90 degrees Fahrenheit (43.3-32.2 Celsius). Cold water is generally between 80 and 60 degrees Fahrenheit (26.7- 15 Celsius).
  • Used any detergent containing additives such as enzymes, brighteners, dyes, bleach or any whiteners, perfumes or oils.
  • Used any diaper rash creams that are petroleum based.

This warranty does not cover fit and sizing, leaking, diaper odor or normal wear and tear.

To make a warranty claim please fill out the Shipping & Return form on our website and return with defected product for full examination. The diapers must arrive clean, dry and stink-free. If the diapers are unclean, severely stained or odorous, we will send them back to you at your expense. If, after carefully inspecting your properly cared for GroVia diapers we find that indeed they do have a defect, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.  Monetary refunds on defective products will not be given.

ALL returns/exchanges/defective product MUST be accompanied by proof of purchase and have an RMA form. The product must also still be covered under The Natural Baby Company/Grovia warranty period. To make sure your product still falls under the warranty please contact us at customerservice@grovia.com. Any product that does not fall under our warranty and does not have a proof of purchase will be returned immediately.

WARRANTY IS FOR ORIGINAL PURCHASER AND ALL ITEMS SENT IN FOR WARRANTY MUST INCLUDE PROOF OF PURCHASE, MUST BE CLEAN OF ANY HAIR OR LINT IN TABS, AND MUST BE FREE FROM ANY RESIDUE. IF ITEMS SENT DO NOT HAVE PROOF OF PURCHASE & ARE NOT FREE OF HAIR, RESIDUE AND LINT ITEM WILL NOT BE REPAIRED/REPLACED AND THE ITEM WILL IMMEDIATELY BE RETURNED TO YOU.

The warranty for our products is as follows:

  • Elastic: 6 month guarantee. After 6 months we will gladly send to you any elastics needed so that you may easily repair the elastic in your diapers

Diapers will not be replaced due to pilling of fleece or elastics, repelling, staining, leaking, or sizing issues.

Any defect will be either repaired or replaced at the discretion of Happy Heinys. All diapers must arrive clean, unstained, lint free, and dry. All diapers with excessive wear will not be replaced or repaired under our warranty. Any products sent to us that do not follow the above conditions will be returned without repair.

Due to the nature of our products we can not guarantee how long they will last. The simple process of washing, drying, and wearing will create wear on the diaper. We do expect our product to last through multiple children but this is not a guarantee nor a promise. The life expectancy of our products depends on the amount of use and type of abuse the diaper is given.

Most diapers are washed every other day for several months. We will not be responsible for wear and tear due to the use of our products.

If there is any wear issues within the first 60 days of purchase than we will repair or replace at the discretion of Happy Heinys. Any wear after 60 days is considered to be due to use and does not fall under our warranty.

*If you are an international customer please contact your retailer if there are any snap problems within the 1st three(3) months for replacement. If it has been three (3) months since the date of purchase then the item will need to be sent to us for repair at the customers cost.

**When the hook & loop fold-over tabs are not used (see alternative tab folding
This will cause faster than normal wear on your diapering products. Due to the nature of our products we cannot replace the hook & loop. If your diapers are past the 3 month warranty mark we can add snaps to your hook & loop diaper free of charge. The snaps will be applied onto the hook & loop strip.

**If the item does fall under our warranty, product should be mailed directly to us at the owners expense. Please include a note stating the issues, your name, phone, email, and mailing address. Proof of purchase must be included. After reviewing your items we will either repair or replace the item per our warranty guidelines. If the item sent to us is dirty, stained, wet, full of lint or hair in the hook & loop, or in any other foul or unpleasant condition, the item will be promptly returned to you without repair.

***Elastic binding on Trainers and Covers are guaranteed for 6 months. Due to the nature of these products we cannot replace or repair these elastics.
The "furring" of the elastic of these products is caused by snagging. Snagging most frequently happens while washing/drying the covers and trainers with products that contain hook & loop or Velcro without the use of laundry or fold over tabs. The "hook" portion of hook & loop/Velcro will grab onto the elastic causing it to look furry and or pilly.
This is not a defect of the product. Since this is not a defect it does not fall under our guarantee. If this does happen you can relatively easily resolve it by using a sweater shaver/scissors to remove the fur/pills.

What will void the Happy Heinys warranty:

  • Washing instructions are not followed
  • Use of Sanitizing cycle while washing or water temperature above 150F or 60C
  • Use of detergents containing natural oils or any natural soaps or any detergents not approved by Happy Heinys.
  • Use of any fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
  • Use of any non-approved diaper rash creams
  • Use of bleach, oxyclean, or any other caustic substances that may harm the fabric of the diapers.

Sometimes we do receive well loved Happy Heinys in for repair. Please understand that while we will do our best to help you to prolong the life of your diapers by repairing elastic, snaps, and hook & loop there are some times when some diapers have been loved beyond repair. Unfortunately we cannot help with these items and they will be returned back to you. Please keep this in mind when sending any products to us.

1. All returned items must be in the original packaging.

We stand behind our products 100%.

All products are guaranteed against workmanship or material defects for 60 days from date of purchase. This guarantee covers seams, stitching, elastics, zippers or any other sewing defects. Fading or staining is considered normal wear and tear and does not fall under this warranty.  If you feel you have received a defective product, please return the product back to us with a copy of your original receipt, your current shipping address and the Planet Wise Return/Replacement Form. Please request the form atinfo@planetwiseinc.com.  We will determine if your product can be repaired or replaced.   We cannot repair or replace any items that are not returned with a copy of your original receipt.  We can not replace any products that do not have proof of purchase.  Only products purchased by an authorized Planet Wise Retailer will be covered under our Warranty.

Planet Wise "Wet Bag" Helpful Tips!

LINING:

The lining used in our "Wet Bags" is PUL, a material that will melt if high heat is used during washing and/or drying.  When you are washing or drying your products, be careful to not wash or dry them with anything that will snag the PUL.  For example, if you use hook and loop diapers, make sure the tabs are secured on the laundry tabs. Snagged, torn and/or ripped PUL or material is not covered in our Warranty.  If your product has a hole in it and it is unused, please return the product to your Retailer.  

DETERGENTS/ADDITIVES:

We do not recommend using a detergent with brighteners and/or additives. These detergents may contain bleach additives.  Bleach will destroy the PUL (lining material) of your product.  Using vinegar, baking soda, oxy-clean, harsh chemicals, and oils will shorten the life of your product and destroy the PUL.  Damage caused from using brighteners/additives is not covered in our Warranty.

WASHING:

To ensure longevity with our products, they should be washed on a Warm/Cold Temperature setting.  In addition, high speed washers can be factors in the wear and tear of your product.  High speed washers have caused damage to our products when the vigorous spin cycle is used, in addition to, the high heat wash of the sanitation cycle that these washers have.  Because our products are, in most cases, used daily and washed up to 3 times a week, this is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered in our Warranty.  Therefore, wear and tear on our products is not considered a manufacturer defect.Sometimes, you may find that the bag will fill up with water in your wash cycle.  You will need to hang the bag, so that the water can drip out of the fabric side of the bag.  You can squeeze the water out.  You may want to wash the bag again, as dirty water could have been trapped inside and may cause odors, as well.  The bags have a waterproof layer with a non-waterproof outer layer, so this is common and not considered a defect.

DRYING:

The product needs to be tumble dried (air or low heat) or lined dried.  If line-dried outdoors, the sun's UV rays and high heat will shorten the life of your product. A high heat dryer will destroy the lining (PUL) of your product.  Our products are made with a type of plastic material that will melt in high heat.  Because of this, you need to be very careful what your dryer setting is set at before you dry them.  We are not responsible for products that have melted due to high heat temperatures.  This is not a manufacturer defect.

RESEALING:

If you have heard that using high heat will “reseal” the PUL lining, this is false.  You should not treat the PUL with any harsh products or high heat.  A mild detergent and warm water is all you need to clean and care for our products.  Anything else used will shorten the life of our products.

ODORS:

If you are having trouble with odors, the product is not considered defective.  Our products will deter most smells, but not all.  If you use your bag for dirty diapers, depending on how long you leave the diapers in the bags, there might be odors.  Also, you need to make sure that the product is completely dry before putting moist dirty diapers in the bag.  Another option for removing odors is to wash your bag separately for a couple of washes without dirty diapers in the wash cycle.

WICKING:

If your bag is wicking moisture, you will need to first inspect the lining for damage.  If the lining is damaged from something other than a material defect, this is not covered under our Warranty.  If you do not see any damage to the lining, fill the bag up with several inches of water.  Squeeze and swoosh the water around inside the bag without tipping the bag upside down.  If the bag does not leak, it is still waterproof and the wicking moisture must be coming from some other source.  If the bag leaks with water filled in the bag, and there are no holes or damage caused from another source, this is covered under our Warranty.

HANDLE/STRAP:

If the handle on your bag has torn due to heavy use, and normal wear and tear, it is not covered under our Warranty.  If the handle or snap is defective within 60 days of purchase, this is covered under our Warranty.

Warranies and Defects

Snaps: We offer a lifetime warranty on all snaps.  If your snap is ever pulled off, falls off, cracks or just pail isn't snapping, just simply send it to us and we will fix it up and pop it back in the mail to you promptly.

Elastics: We have a 3 month warranty on all elastics.  At this time we do not have the availability to repair elastic outside of the 3 month time frame.  Please see "What will void the Kanga Care/Rump•a•rooz® warranty" below.  Elastics that have become un-attached in the casing, stitching undone, or have a defect due to a manufacturing error are covered under the warranty.  Elastic that has been dissolved or become corrosive due to detergents or cleaning agents or have given out due to time and wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.

Sewing: We have a 6 month warranty on all stitching and seams. Sewing defects will usually arise either immediately or within the first couple washes, if ever. If you happen to receive an item that has a sewing defect, simply send it into us and we will promptly repair and return the item to you. Holes or snags that occur in any of the fabrics due to wear and tear of the fabrics are not covered under our warranty.  At this time we do not have the availability to repair sewing outside of the 6 month time frame.  Please see "What will void the Kanga Care/Rump•a•rooz® warranty" below.

What is not under warranty? What is not considered a defect?

Wicking and or leaking are not a defect of any diaper. Most causes of leaking or wicking is due to the saturation of the inserts. This can easily be resolved by either changing the diaper more frequently, adding an additional insert as a booster or re-configuring your 6•r soaker. Another frequent cause is due to sizing. If you have a Rump•a•rooz® one size cloth diaper you can test this out by adjusting the diaper to the rise setting either up or down. If a diaper is too small or too big it can leak and/or wick.

Repelling, staining and sizing/fit issues. We provide care recommendations for all our products.  These recommendations are highly suggested but not enforceable. Many of these issues are easily resolved through troubleshooting with customer service so please give us a call or email if you need a little guidance. 

General wear and tear of materials from wash and use. Due to the nature of some of our natural fabrics excessive use can result in small holes of the items.  Elastic that has been dissolved or become corrosive due to detergents or cleaning agents or have given out due to time and wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.

How to maintain your warranty:

  • To keep your elastic in good health please keep a few things in mind. Your elastic will last longer if you do not stuff your diapers while warm and fresh out of the dryer.  This is a very common action that results in "too stretched out" elastic. Let diapers cool completely before folding or stuffing.  
  • Please do not soak your diapers in any type of water, detergent, formula or chemical(s) for any amount of time.  Doing so can break down the elasticity of the elastic and cause it to become dry and brittle.  Much like an old rubber band, when stretching it out, the elastic may crumble. This issue is easy to diagnose.  Borax based detergents will cause this to happen as well.

How do I get my product repaired or replaced?

Please follow the above instructions for submitting an RMA. Please do not ship any items to us until you have been contacted by customer service with instruction about your RMA.  We will be in touch soon after you file your claim and will provide detailed instructions the ensure a swift and stress-free resolution. You will be able to track your RMA through the return/repair/replacement process in the "My Account" section. Once your item is received it will immediately have our finest attention.

Warranty Information:

Our warranty is only extended to the original purchaser of the products.
Defects may either repaired or replaced at the discretion of Kanga Care. All diapers must arrive clean, unstained, lint free, and dry. Seriously, dont ask why we have to mention this, but we definitely do. All diapers with excessive wear will not be replaced or repaired under our warranty. In those cases, depending on the repair needed and the ability to be repaired, the customer may be offered the repair at a reasonable price. Any products sent to us that do not follow the above conditions will be returned without repair.

We do expect to see see our products last through multiple children. However, due to the nature of our products this is not a guarantee or promise. We can not guarantee how long they will last. Just like any other garment, by using the diaper and washing, drying, and caring for the diaper, wearing will occur. The life expectancy of our products depends on the amount of care taken with the use and type of abuse the diaper is given.  The average diaper is washed every other day for several months. This gives the average diaper a value equivalent to 91.5 disposable diapers in just 6 months (91.5 disposables = avg. of $27.45)

If the item does fall under our warranty, the product should be mailed directly to us at the owners expense. Contact us for an RMA and appropriate form. Please include the RMA form, RMA number, and any other claim forms issued for your repair/replacement. An original receipt or proof of purchase must be included. After reviewing your items, items under warranty may either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Kanga Care. If the item does not arrive clean, unstained, lint free, and dry or arrives in any other foul or unpleasant condition, the item will be returned without repair.

What will void the Kanga Care/Rump•a•rooz® warranty:
  • Washing instructions are not followed
  • Use of Sanitizing cycle while washing or water temperature above 120ªF 
  • Use of any fabric softeners or dryer sheets.
  • Use of diaper rash creams without a liner
  • Use of and or soaking in bleach, Oxy Clean, or any other caustic substances that may damage the materials and compromise the integrity of the elastics and waterproof nature of the TPU/PUL.
Snappi Snappi® Baby warrants Snappi® products against manufacturer's defect for one month after date of purchase.  This warranty includes replacement of the product, if the broken product is returned to Snappi® Baby with proof of purchase, and it is determined to Snappi® Baby's satisfaction, that the breakage or defect was not caused by improper use of the product.  This warranty does NOT cover the breakage of the loops on the Snappi® fasteners.  These loops are NOT to be pulled on when attaching the Snappi® fastener to the diapers.  When attaching the Snappi®, hold onto the solid part of the tab.  The loops are designed for the safety feature of the Snappi®, as described above, when it is not in use.  The thin loop acts as a barrier preventing the sharp teeth from being exposed. 
   
Swaddlebee Returning/Exchanging Incorrect or Defective Merchandise

Our self-service return process is designed to make it as easy as possible for you to return merchandise back to us. Please follow the instructions below if you have a warranty claim for defective merchandise: 

Step 1: Request for a Return Authorization # (RA#) by filling out the RA# Request form. You will receive your RA# within 24 hrs when request is sent during our business hours (M-F 8-4 pm EST).  While waiting for your RA#, you can proceed to Step 2.

This does not apply for defective merchandise purchased over 90 days.

Step 2: Download, print and fill out the Return Form completely.

Step 3: For defective merchandise, attach a copy of your proof of purchase if items was bough from an authorized retailer (receipt or emailed order confirmation)

Step 4: Pack up the items securely with the Return Form and proof of purchase (if applicable) enclosed.  Make sure you have your RA# on the form to facilitate processing.  If you don't have an RA#, please  request for your RA# before sending your package out.

Step 5: Attach the prepaid label to the outside of the package, and drop off at your nearest post office, USPS mail collection box, or hand to your mail carrier. For defective merchandise purchased over 90 days, please ship the package using a prepaid, insured, traceable method (e.g. FedEx, UPS) to the address on the Return Form. We are not responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit. 

You will be sent the replacement items as soon as we receive your returned package. 
Thirsties

Defects are rare, but they do occasionally occur and we apologize wholeheartedly if you have received a defective Thirsties product. We stand behind our products 100% and are happy to hear of your problem so that we can work together to a resolution so you can start using your Thirsties item again!

Our Warranty

  • Your product is under limited warranty for possible repair or replacement up to 1 year after the original purchase date.
  • Defects include loose stitching, holes discovered upon arrival, broken snaps, etc.
  • Staining, fading, holes that develop with use, and potential residue build-up are all considered normal 'wear and tear' and do not qualify for replacement.
  • Leaks are not considered a defect. Please search our database at http://www.thirstiesbaby.com/faq.php for detailed instructions in battling leaks or call us and we will be happy to troubleshoot with you to ensure successful cloth diapering.

What to Expect Next
Once you email us with all the requested information above, your Return Merchandise Authorization information will be reviewed and a customer service rep will be in contact with you shortly. Defects covered under the warranty will be quickly replaced at no cost to you. Included in the replacement package will be a prepaid return label to mail your defect to us. Just place your defective product in the same reusable shipping package and attach the prepaid label and place it in the nearest United States Postal Service mailbox for pick up.

All returned merchandise is reviewed for ongoing product improvement, then repaired (if repairable) by our sewers, and donated to charity organizations.

Tots Bots

Tots Bots guarantees their products against defects in materials and manufacturing faults for a period of 6 months from the date of purchase. Definition of a fault: An unexpected deterioration in the product that will shorten the lifespan or performance of the product. Goods that are deemed to be faulty and fall within the 6 month warranty period will be refunded or replaced.

Please note that the warranty will only be honored if:

  • The product has been washed and cared for according to our guidelines and;
  • The product is part of a rotation of products and has undergone reasonable use.
  • Products will not be replaced after 6 months or without a proper proof of purchase from an authorized retailer.

Please note that our warranty does not apply to products that are not functioning properly because of a build-up of detergent residue, although we will do our utmost to co-operate with our clients and consumers in the resolution of this problem.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
